1 user Likes this.TKServer will refund money for commercial products purchased under the following conditions:
1. The product was purchased within 30 days.
2. The software is defective and cannot be fixed or upgraded. TKServer administration will be happy to login to user Joomla administration (user can create temporary admin account) to solve any problems and troubleshoot issues. We want our products to work and this will help us make sure they do.
TKServer will not refund money for commercial products in these conditions:
1. User error.
2. The user says the software "does not work" but does not provide information (software versions, php versions, error messages) for us to help solve or repair any issues.
3. The user's server or host sofware is misconfigured.
4. User does not properly troubleshoot system.
