Feature Suggestion: Check-in – Check-out for tournaments

A user has suggested that it is possible that two different admins might be punching in scores, for two different tournaments or leagues. This could be problematic as there is only one configuration for current tournament and current season.

To avoid issues with this, a possible new feature would be to have the admin have to check in or check out the config to make sure another admin does not change it.
